ISA Cybersecurity is proud to announce that they have been named as one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for an impressive third year in a row.

The honour is a result of a national competition among private-sector commercial organizations with under 500 employees. Employers are evaluated against eight criteria: workplace quality; work and social atmosphere; benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.

“This honour is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of all of our team members, and a testament to the focus that we place on making ISA Cybersecurity a destination of choice for the top talent in the cybersecurity field,” said Kevin Dawson, President & CEO, of the 2024 award. “Receiving this honour for a third consecutive year is tribute to the consistent emphasis we place on making ISA Cybersecurity a leader in employee experience as well as a leader in cybersecurity services. This is very inspiring news for all of us.”

The announcement capped an exciting week for ISA Cybersecurity, which recently announced expansion into the UK to provide managed services, incident response, and other cyber services for the UK and European markets.
