Olivia Purchase

Executive Vice President, People and Business Operations

In her role as EVP, Olivia oversees ISA Cybersecurity’s finance, HR, project management, and business analysis functions. With over a decade of experience in the cybersecurity and financial sectors, Olivia has developed an extensive background in overseeing teams perform security architecture solutions and implementation, managed services implementations, and full compliance and security assessments. A certified project management professional, she has experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies, and has managed multiple large-scale, multi-phased projects with large teams for multi-million dollar international organizations.

Olivia graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and a Diploma in Finance. She enjoys spending her time with her family and friends when she’s not hard at work ensuring the success of her projects and taking care of clients’ needs.

Kevin Dawson

President & CEO

Before being named President and CEO in September 2014, Kevin Dawson served as Vice President of Sales at ISA since July 2006, helping to double the company in size since that time. Previously, Kevin was a senior Account Executive at ISA, where he managed a number of key clients for the company since 1998.

Kevin graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife
and 2 children at the cottage.

Andrew Buckles

Executive Vice President, Cyber Services

A graduate of the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Computing degree, Andrew brings over 15 years of experience in the fields of IT and cyber. In his role as the Executive Vice President of Cyber Services, he has full accountability for the project-based, role-based, and managed security services offered by ISA Cybersecurity. Professional and results-oriented, Andrew has extensive experience working with large enterprise clients in financial services, utilities, manufacturing, retail, and the broader public sector, providing strategic, advisory, and operational services in the areas of governance, risk, compliance, and privacy. 

Enza Alexander

Executive Vice President

Enza Alexander is a seasoned IT industry leader with over 25 years of experience across the technology sector in finance, operations, sales, marketing, and professional services. She serves as the Executive Vice President at ISA. As an accomplished sales leader, team builder, and channel expert, Enza is passionate about helping clients better understand the positive impact and possibilities that business technology solutions can deliver. She has a long and successful track record built on driving client solutions that are value-based.

In 2011, Enza was recognized as one of Canada’s leading Women in Technology by IT Canada and CDN Magazine.
