ISA Partners with Ingram Micro to Offer Unique Cybersecurity Services to Their Reseller Network

ISA Cybersecurity, Canada’s largest cybersecurity-focused services provider, today announced a strategic partnership with Ingram Micro and the immediate availability of ISA SOC-as-a-Service options for the technology distributor’s vast Canadian reseller network. Introducing the ISA Partner Program.

With the global cost of data breaches surpassing $2 Trillion in 2019: cybersecurity matters. For almost 30 years, ISA has helped Canadian mid-market companies and enterprises build their cybersecurity strategy. Recently, IDC MarketScape recognized ISA as a 2019 Major Player in the Canadian Security Services.

“Canada, however, is an SMB market. On top of that, cybersecurity solutions are complex, and managing these requires investing in expensive infrastructure,” says Kevin Dawson, President and CEO, ISA. “For many technology resellers, it is challenging or simply too costly to support their customer’s cybersecurity needs. Add to that the acute shortage of skilled cybersecurity professionals, Canadian SMB’s have limited options to safeguard themselves from cyberthreats.”

The services that ISA will offer through the Ingram Micro network are tailored for the Canadian SMB market. Hosted enterprise-grade SOC services were streamlined to offer Ingram Micro resellers and their SMB customers the flexibility they have come to expect from cloud-based services. To be able to resell ISA’s services, Ingram Micro resellers can sign up for the ISA Infinity Partner Program.

“2019 is a special year for ISA, as this is the year we have formally launched our ISA Infinity Partner Program. Through this program, we want to enable Canadian technology resellers to help their customers build a strong Cybersecurity strategy,” says Jasper De Man, Director of Strategic Alliances, ISA. “We are excited to accelerate the program to the next level, by partnering with Ingram Micro, and offering our unique services to their entire reseller network!”

The services that will be offered through ISA’s partnership with Ingram Micro are powered by ISA’s state-of-the-art Cybersecurity Intelligence & Operations Centre (CIOC) – SOC 2 Type 2 certified by AICPA – located in Toronto, ON. The CIOC’s hosted model allows ISA to easily scale the services and provide flexible delivery straight to the resellers’ customers.

“As the market changes and matures for Cybersecurity in Canada, Ingram Micro continues to integrate new and innovative technologies into our eco-system,” says Bill Brandel, Vice President and Country Chief Executive, Ingram Micro Canada. “Managed and As-a-Service are relevant in many aspects of IT today and will be a driving force in Cybersecurity.”
