ISA Cybersecurity is proud to announce that we have been selected as one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for the second year in a row.
Organized by MediaCorp Canada Inc., the annual Greater Toronto’s Top Employers competition recognizes employers with outstanding workplace environments and forward-thinking human resources policies. Each year, employers are evaluated on eight criteria: (1) workplace; (2) work atmosphere and social; (3) health, financial and family benefits; (4) vacation and time off; (5) employee communications; (6) performance management; (7) training and skills development; and (8) community involvement.
“Being named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for a second time is a great honour,” said Kevin Dawson, President & CEO of ISA Cybersecurity. “40% of Canada’s business headquarters are in the GTA, and given that any of them may apply regardless of size, there’s a lot of competition for this recognition. This announcement truly reflects the spirit and commitment of the great team and exceptional workplace we have here.”
ISA Cybersecurity, one of Canada’s leading cybersecurity services and solutions providers, offers an impressive array of employee-friendly programs. “All of our programs and policies align with our core values of Explore, Persevere, Adapt, and Uplift,” said Director of People & Culture, Andrea Bailey. “We constantly check in to ensure that they continue to help guide and support our employees throughout their careers at ISA Cybersecurity.”
Highlights of ISA Cybersecurity’s programs and policies include:
- Flexible sick and personal days for all employees
- Generous health plan with enhanced mental health resources and programs
- Professional development opportunities and education reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for all employees
- Maternity and parental leave top-up

ISA Cybersecurity also places great value on celebrating the contributions of all employees through the following service recognition programs:

ISA Cybersecurity is committed to giving back to the community as well. The company’s 12th annual charitable golf tournament raised a remarkable $31,600 in support of ALS Action Canada to support ALS research and resources (and featured Kevin Dawson taking the “ice bucket” challenge!). ISA Cybersecurity also remains focused on growing the next generation of cyber talent, partnering with several Ontario colleges and universities to provide co-op, internship, and scholarship opportunities.
