ISA Cybersecurity is proud to announce that they have once again been honoured with a Great Place to Work® in Canada certification this year.
The honour is a result of a thorough, independent analysis conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute® Canada. The certification is based on direct, anonymous feedback from all employees about their workplace experiences, including corporate environment, policies and programs, training opportunities, management, and compensation. Employee feedback was emphatically positive, placing ISA Cybersecurity in the 80th percentile among participating organizations.
“This honour is a tribute to the hard work and dedication of all of our team members, and a testament to the focus that we place on making ISA Cybersecurity a destination of choice for the top talent in the cybersecurity field,” said Kevin Dawson, President & CEO. “This award is particularly special because it comes directly as a result of employee feedback. It’s a reflection of the consistent emphasis we place on making ISA Cybersecurity a leader in employee experience as well as a leader in cybersecurity services. This is very exciting news for all of us.”
ISA Cybersecurity, which recently announced expansion into the UK to provide managed services, incident response, and other cyber services for the UK and European markets, was also recognized earlier this year as one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Companies for 2024.
“Our success is built on providing an inclusive, open and equitable work environment. For over 30 years, we’ve led the way by championing our four key values: explore, persevere, adapt, and uplift. These values inform everything we do. And they demonstrate our commitment to our people-first approach, striving to create policies and programs that support our employees throughout their journey at ISA Cybersecurity,” added Andrea Bailey, Director of People & Culture.
“The Great Place to Work Institute® is the global authority on workplace culture. It’s important to recognize that GPTW is a certification, not an award. Their imprimatur confirms that we are heading in the right direction, and gives us guidance on areas where we can continue to improve and grow the culture of our organization,” observed Bailey.
