ISA Cybersecurity is excited to announce the following changes in our Executive Team.
On December 1, 2020, we were pleased to welcome Andrea Bailey, CHRL, CTDP to the newly-formed role of Director, People and Culture. Andrea brings extensive experience in previous HR roles in the areas of learning and development, talent acquisition and people and culture, and is looking forward to supporting ISA as we continue to evolve to be a top employer in our industry.

ISA is also delighted to announce that, effective January 4, 2021, Olivia Purchase has been promoted to Vice President of Technical Services Delivery. Olivia joined ISA in April 2016 as a Project Manager, and has been a popular and influential member of our team ever since. Olivia served as Director of Professional Services and PMO since December 2017, where she saw the successful growth and doubling of the team. In her new role, Olivia will be responsible for continuing the development of her high performing project managers who take pride in providing stellar customer service to our clients.

With Olivia’s appointment, ISA is now recruiting for a new Director of Professional Services and PMO. ISA saw dramatic growth in client base and professional service offerings in 2020. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the overall delivery of successful professional services and projects, while ensuring compliance with established project delivery methodologies and fostering a culture of growth and excellence amongst the PS & PMO teams.
