12th Annual ISA Cybersecurity Charity Golf Tournament

July 17, 2024 marked ISA Cybersecurity’s 12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, and it was a major success!

This year, our tournament was in support of ALS Action Canada and the ALS Super Fund. We were happy to support such an important cause while connecting with customers, partners, and friends in a fun day of golf.

As there were several highlights to reflect on from the tournament, some of the biggest highlights included impactful giving, connecting with friends, and memorable moments. Let’s take a deeper look at some of these highlights.

Impactful giving

We achieved a record fundraising total of $31,600 for ALS Action Canada! This significant contribution will empower critical research and provide life-changing opportunities for individuals and families who have been impacted by ALS.

Connecting with friends, old and new

We had over 150 attendees and 15 sponsors join us for a fun day of golf, which is the highest attendance in our tournament’s history!

Memorable moments

Mark Kirton, former Toronto Maple Leafs player, gave an inspiring speech alongside Greg McCamus from ALS Action Canada about Mark’s experience with ALS. We were so honoured to have both Mark and Greg join us for this special event. Read our article, written by Mark himself, to learn more about his story.

We also had our President & CEO, Kevin Dawson participate in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge! Kevin promised to participate if we reached a specific fundraising total, and we reached well above our goal!

We want to give a huge thank you to all those that attended, donated, sponsored, and supported our 12th Annual Golf Tournament for ALS Action Canada. This event would not have been possible without all those that supported us is bringing this amazing day to life. We will see you next year!
